These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GoldPlus website, mobile applications, and related services (the "Services") operated by GoldPlus Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("GoldPlus", "we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use the Services. You must complete KYC verification before you can buy, sell, or store gold on the platform.
2. Gold purchases and storage
All gold purchased through GoldPlus is 24K with 99.9% purity. The gold is stored in insured vaults operated by our custodian partners. You retain full beneficial ownership of the gold corresponding to your balance.
3. Pricing
Live buy and sell prices are displayed in the app and refresh continuously. Prices include applicable GST, custodian charges, and a small spread. There are no hidden fees.
4. The GoldPlus card
The GoldPlus card is issued by our partner bank under the RuPay network. Card usage is subject to the bank's cardholder agreement, which is shown to you at activation.
5. Acceptable use
- You will not use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
- You will not attempt to manipulate prices or abuse promotional offers.
- You will keep your account credentials confidential.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoldPlus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email and in-app at least 7 days before they take effect.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
