GoldPlus debit card
Once your KYC is complete and you've requested a card, it is dispatched within 3 working days from our partner bank's facility via Speed Post or India Post. Standard delivery timelines:
- Metro cities: 5–7 working days from dispatch.
- Other cities: 7–10 working days from dispatch.
- Remote pincodes: Up to 14 working days from dispatch.
You'll receive a tracking number by SMS and email once the card ships. Card delivery is free for our first 100,000 waitlist members.
Physical gold redemption
You can redeem your GoldPlus balance as physical 24K gold coins (in denominations of 1g, 2g, 5g, and 10g) at the live price. After your redemption is confirmed:
- Coins are minted and quality-checked within 3 working days.
- Insured shipment via a partner logistics provider takes 5–10 working days.
- Delivery requires OTP verification and a valid photo ID at the doorstep.
Making charges and insured shipping fees are shown transparently before you confirm the redemption.
Failed delivery
If a delivery fails after three attempts, the item is returned to our facility. We will reach out to confirm a new address. For gold coin returns, the value is re-credited to your GoldPlus balance at the prevailing buy price.
