Gold purchases

Gold purchases are executed at the live market price at the moment of confirmation and cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed. If you wish to convert your gold back into money, you can sell it at the prevailing live sell price at any time, with no lock-in.

Failed or stuck transactions

If a payment is debited from your bank account but gold is not credited to your GoldPlus balance within 24 hours, the full amount will be auto-reversed to the source bank account within 5–7 working days. No action is required from you. If the reversal does not reach you within 7 working days, write to support@goldplus.ai with the transaction reference.

Card transaction reversals

Reversals on GoldPlus card spends (declined, cancelled, or refunded by the merchant) follow the standard RuPay network timelines, typically 3–7 working days. The refunded amount is credited as money in your GoldPlus wallet; you may convert it back to gold at the live price at any time.

Withdrawal failures

If a withdrawal to your bank account fails, the amount is automatically credited back to your GoldPlus wallet within 24 hours. You can re-initiate the withdrawal anytime.

Disputes

If you believe a charge or transaction is incorrect, raise a dispute within 60 days from the transaction date by writing to support@goldplus.ai. We acknowledge disputes within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 30 days.
